I know you are the mc person...... are these pies are your place in redlands, or in so cal, or nationwide? Sounds like so many pies.... (and so many pounds on so many hips.....)
My burning question of the day: what is the per capital consumption of pie in California, and does it differ from the national figure?
The tally I am posting is the pie count for our location (Redlands) only. I don't know the per capita consumption (or hip girth!), but I can tell you, the numero uno pie for MC Inc is apple. Followed closely by banana cream and lemon meringue.
Redlands alone? Wow! That's a lot of pie crust to roll and apples to peel. What do you do with all the cores?
"apple core"
"Baltimore"
"Who's your friend?"
"HIM!"
